I must share that I was in Fantastic Sams today at this location and it was absolutely amazing not only did I get to meet the owner and she is fabulous and very upbeat but the whole shop morale was wonderful. I was only there for a little bit as I had to trim and I had my eyebrows trimmed but just that little bit of time this will be my regular Fantastic Sams that I visit from here on out! It was a wonderful experience I do not pamper myself often and when I left there I felt so much lighter and felt like a million bucks definitely a great group of girls ❤️

This girl cut my friends hair and it literally was not what she asked for at all. Did not look like the reference pics at all, and she was clearly rushing. My friend came home super disappointed. Not coming back again. Also we had to wait 2 hours to go back becuase they were short staffed

my friend brianna was very upset with her haircut, they did not follow the picture she showed at all and the hair lady seemed like she was in a huge rush and didn’t care. she asked for wispy bangs and instead got full straight across bangs. she was extremely disappointed. another girl scraped my scalp very hard with her fingernails and rapped my hair in an ugly towel that made me look downright atrocious. i will now be bullied for life. i hate you.

She is truly so knowledgeable, thorough, personable, friendly, kind above all always makes you are truly happy before, during and above all looking/feeling beautiful when you leave the salon. She has passion and love for what she does. I do highly recommend Erica and this salon for all your hair beauty needs.
