Worst place to EVER have your child’s haircut. The lady did a terrible job and it cost 25 bucks. I now have to take him elsewhere to get it fixed and pay even more. This place is an absolute joke. I tried to call to speak to the manager about a refund for this AWFUL haircut and surprise!! Nobody picks up the phone. SAVE your money and GO ELSEWHERE.

I went Monday July 5th 2021 ( Ballston Spa Branch) for a keratin treatment (PETER COPPOLA) . The result was good right after we finished treatment.I was happy.Then I washed my hair after two days as they said to do.I was disappointed looking at my hair.It looks like the treatment didn’t work the way they had explained it to me.It wasn’t what I expected, not satisfying at all.I regret everything thinking that I spent a lot of money for nothing and didn’t get what I wanted.They never told me how much it would cost during consultation, so I was just expecting the lesser price which was in their price list in the store .I went back the Saturday that week and they told me that it’s just normal, and that was it they didn’t do anything. But before the treatment they told me it will make my hair straight,shiny , smoother and all the positive things ! Yes it does for one day , until I washed it two days after.It was so frustrating thinking that the treatment would last at least one to two months but it didn’t happened . We tried talking to the manager who did my hair, but the suggestions she gave me did not help. They say the treatment is just to help take away some of the frizz and make it easier to style. My hair right now doesn’t looked like I had a treatment at all I am very disappointed.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for the last four years. Always great service with a smile. Prices have increased significantly but I’ve never had to wait very long. They keep it clean and have recently remodeled. Best hair cuts in town.

Will not honor appointments booked online, and will belittle you on-site for thinking the email they sent you means you have an appointment. Left for a different salon. Why would anyone put up with this when there are 10+ other salons in easy driving distance who honor their appointments?

I just found this salon after my other stylist didnt have any spot’s, and i must say how amazing my experince was!, i booked online and walked into the cleanest salon i have ever seen, i was greeted right away and taken at first by i believe Leslie?, then we a moment where earlier client actually showed up late so she asked if i would be willing to go to another stylist and i had no issue doing that, she put me in the care of Justin and she said i was in capable hands and boy was she Right!, Justin is amazing!, i have natural curly hair and ever since giving birth my hair has fallen out in clumps, he took the time to wash and condition and treat my hair with some awesome products, he took time to cut the dead ends and make sure my curls really looked on point!, and my layers!, in all my years of having people do my hair he truly is top notch!, im beyond happy with the service, the price and the personality of Justin, he is a gem and i will be back to be a regular client of his!

The prices are very reasonable as many places charge upwards of $38-48 and as a senior it was out of my range. They even have senior day special. Leslie cut my hair perfectly. It was all I needed.
