And if you come just to complain about the prices by negotiating, just stay home! They do an amazing job, very consistent and patient! And if you come just to complain about the prices by negotiating, just stay home! They do an amazing job, very consistent and patient! I have been going to this salon on and off since I was 8 years old and I will never be back after my last experiance. I come in every two weeks spending over 100 bucks each visit and I tip well. I came in on 3/24 for a fill in and I brought a friend whom I was paying for. As we walk in the co owner was painting her nails it was around 12 pm and we awkwardly stood around and waited for her to finish painting her nails. The salon was empty and she grunted at my friend to sit down no greeting nothing. My friend wants a cat eye look and the woman starts yanking the acrylics of my friends nails damaging them without any regard for her comfort. She ignored my friends cries of pain and started to berate her. At this point I’m horrified and I ask the woman what the issue is she doesn’t answer and finishes my friends nails they are chunky and crooked the cat eye wasn’t done correctly. I go to finish my pedicure my friend sits next to me and the woman yells at her and tells her she can’t use the massage chair because she’s not getting a pedicure. I’ve been going here years I’ve never seen her disrespect a client like this and I was shocked I pulled my feet out of the water and said we wouldn’t be back. The woman proceeded to charge us triple for the services a fill in with white acrylic and sloppy cat eye set she ended up charging us $130 I didn’t even want to pay for the abuse and terrible work. I have also gotten fungal issues from the pedicure tubs . Please don’t spend your hard earned money to be abused go somewhere else if they will disrespect a years long client they will disrespect anyone

Horrible service…left immediately…wouldn’t let me pick out a color…on their terms…I am paying them and expect respect…I refuse to pay someone for abuse….How do they stay in business with that of treatment…Don’t go there or get that older woman for sure…I don’t know if she owns it…but she definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public!!!!

I went to this location to get my nails done for my Birthday on 5/4/22 I had a hour and 10 mins left before the close time posted on the door. First Impression I walk in behind 2 white women, when I enter the door everyone was laughing talking and as soon as they saw me the only black American in the nail shop everyone got quiet which made me feel like I had just interrupted a KKK meeting, then the nail tech said I’m sorry they have appointments and after we finish thier nails it will be 6:30 and we have to clean up. I said you cleaning up what does that have to do with me why are you telling me this and guy or shall I say girl sitting in the chair said she is saying she cannot do your nails because she has to clean up I was shocked she even said that to any customer especially a new one and had the nerve to say you can come back tomarrow which is Friday mother’s day weekend and we can do your nails as if this the only nail shop to go to I was referred by someone and will never breathe the same air of those wicked wentches that work at this place my dollar is to valuable so then I went to M nails within 40 mins of closing and since they were not closed they provided excellent customer service
