Super cute BUT not what I asked for. I picked a color I liked and showed a design I wanted on my big toe. He said he could do it and I was happy then as my feet are soaking he tells me that the color I picked was “too old” for me. (mind you it was a purple color) So he made me pick a different color. After that he mumbled something about glitter and I was like okay sure and it came down to painting my nails he completely did not do the design I wanted…. So basically I didn’t get what I wanted but I did enjoy the salon it was clean and everyone was nice and my toes do not look bad but for sure not what I wanted.

Went today for the first time and I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it. The place is quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the spa music playing. Ally did a GREAT job on my pedicure. Great attention to detail and not rough on your feet. The staff is excellent and friendly. I found my new place!

I got a gel manicure & pedicure done at Family Nails salon. They used clean tools, the inside was very clean and the customer service was great. The people running the place were super personable and easy to get a long with. Loved how my nails turned out and the price can’t be beat. Highly recomend!!!

I used to go here all the time and asked for Mimi, the owner. Several friends went there too and none are staying. Apparently she has sold this business. They do not say New Management anywhere. Everyone is new except Jessica now. I have gone three times since the sale, the polish peels off after 3 days! I have never had gel/shellac polish peel off! The staff seems to have a strong English language barrier when taking instruction on shape of nail, but later when telling you the price, they have very good English. My nails have not been shaped correctly and I have to keep asking for corrections. I went Saturday morning 8/13/22 at 10am and there was not wait. The woman in the chair next to me had a a 10 am appointment with a specific tech and they sent that tech to do a pedicure at 9:50 and told the woman could wait 30-45 minutes or take “anyone” She was cut and bled like a pig for 10 minutes while he kept trying to continue on with her manicure. This was so close to my house and my nails used to look so good and lasted 2-3 weeks, not I will never go back!!

The shop is clean and has an excellent selection of colors for polish, gel, and dip. All of their nail techs are super nice and well trained! I have been to many salons around Ford Rd and this one is by far the best.

Family Nailsis the best place I’ve ever been to have my nails done. I’ll be a customer for life! Their pedicures are top notch. They give the best leg massages with the deluxe pedicure. I always get a dip manicure. It doesn’t chip & it lasts.
