Horrible. My color was patchy and my hair cut was extremely uneven.One side of my hair was longer than the other. Worst part was the customer service. The stylist Trisha refused to take responsibility for making a mistake and kept texting my phone, which is super unprofessional. After politely explaining to the owner what happened and why I felt uncomfortable going back to the salon to have someone “fix” my hair. She offered me no other options. I even offered to take a partial refund instead of a full refund, which is what I wanted. The owner kept telling my that the stylist never gets complaints, which is 100% irrelevant to me, because she definitely butchered my hair. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

My worst experience on a Sunday afternoon, I made an appointment days before for my daughter at 2:30 and she was so excited about having her hair done. We got there on time, signed in and everything… while we sat down and waited, the lady that was supposed to do her hair come to us to say that my daughter hair is too tick, that she has to leave at 3, so I have to reschedule… Not only we had an appointment and this is a kid! It would be fine if they did that to me… my daughter cried and I was so upset. They even told us if we don’t leave they will call the police! If you’re African American, don’t go to that place… I call them racist! They don’t even deserve one star.

I came here today on a early Saturday morning for a haircut. The hairdresser did exactly what I asked for, didn’t try to talk me into anything else. It was really quick and very reasonably priced. I’ll never go to super cuts again.
