Critical: ProfessionalismMy family and I came from out of town and we needed to find a barbershop to Cut our eight year old hair. It would have been a very simple fade, but when we went inside the shop the guy was extremely rude and told us that it was by appointment only. It was very surprising to see him act that way especially considering there was nobody else in the shop and he looked to be doing absolutely nothing. It was just icing on the cake being in a city filled with really rude people they don’t seem to like their jobs at all. My family and I came from out of town and we needed to find a barbershop to Cut our eight year old hair. It would have been a very simple fade, but when we went inside the shop the guy was extremely rude and told us that it was by appointment only. It was very surprising to see him act that way especially considering there was nobody else in the shop and he looked to be doing absolutely nothing. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI never been here but I found this place and came in to get my son a haircut the man by the name of “Floyd” did the best cut on my sons head! He helped fix my sons previous barber mistakes and even recommended a great product for my sons hair. I will be coming here from now on.

I was asked to “turn around” “bend over” “turn around and I will give you the best tip of your life” one it is degrading and disrespectful to me and not a way to run a business. I was only going to be given a tip if i “showed them what i was working with”. It was the most uncomfortable experience of my life and for ever grateful I will never go back. I was asked to “turn around” “bend over” “turn around and I will give you the best tip of your life” one it is degrading and disrespectful to me and not a way to run a business.
