The first time the taper fade and beard clean up was $25 with Daniel. Then the second time it was $30 for the same service but with the 2nd barber on the left side of the establishment. The third time it was $52 for the same service with another barber. It does not really matter about the price but when the price is constantly increasing and then there is still some hair left where there should not be hair it is not good service. This was service done during 2022. When the owner was made aware of the price increases during a complaint, where there was hair left on the beard, where there should have not been hair left, he did not respond like a man. He did not provide an answer to explain the price increase and to address the hair left for the bad hair service. He was not straight up about the issue and he blocked my phone number. He could have just said it, denied service. Instead he played little boy games and sent his minion female “manager” to handle the next service consultation by phone. They did not return the call in 5 minutes like the “manager” said they would. Instead they made up a story about the owner not being available due to stepping out to the beauty supply store at 7:40pm. When we showed up to the establishment and sat to wait for service even after the owner and management still not giving the proper service or consultation being addressed.. they called the police department. There was no threat to them or staff. Even the police said it. They were not straight up, both owner and manager were hiding. The manager was in the office and the owner was sitting in his Dodge Charger because they don’t know how to address customer business concerns. As a professional, consultation is key, that’s in chapter one. There was no professionalism on behalf of this business and after all the hassle and money just to try to get a haircut done right, no matter the price, calling the police was the last thing that they could have done to help the situation. Yeah, I said it. Treat people right next time or deal with the complaints and consequences for bad service. Never coming back again, me and my people can get way better service elsewhere where there is an actual man handling business matters. Shout out to Victor, he handled the situation way better as a man and was even surprised when the cops showed up cause I am a regular. Even though TDK is farther, I will be traveling there where police don’t show up for simple minor complaints.

I had my haircut a few times here. First time by JC who did an amazing job! I recommend a couple of my buddy’s to him. However the second time someone different cut it, I wasn’t exactly happy with the barber. I told him I wanted a drop fade and to square off the sides and to leave my widow’s peak twice before he started cutting. He did a good job on the fade, however when it came to my lineup. He cut off my widow’s peak it upset me that he did that, but what made it worse he tried telling me “I wasn’t clear with him on what I wanted” I was pretty clear. Now I’m stuck having to go through the awkward phase of growing out my widow’s peak. I came back a 3rd time trying to refer my friend trying to get a haircut by JC, but he wasn’t working till 4PM so we had our hair cut by Lily and Victor. Lily did an awesome job at cutting my friend’s hair and Victor was really keen on trying to make sure I got what I wanted. He asked me questions and was trying to make sure I got what I wanted. He did the dam thing!

I took my son to the shop over the weekend and they did great however my son bullied for the hair he has and I took him back in to get it fix, the staff are very friendly, understanding and was willing to do what it takes to fix my son hair and just in time for school picture. I will most definitely recommend and recommend JC! Fade cut, Scissor cut

Morales the barber by south messed up my hair sooo badly and I had no choice then to just sit there and wait for him to finish, I told him I wanted it long on the top and now it’s less than 2 inches long, I wanted a box and he brought my hairline so far back, my fade didn’t even come out good, he also made me bleed, 1/5 DO NOT GO HERE Long haircut, Haircut

One of the worst uneven fades I’ve ever received at a very high price.***Update: I called the owner regarding the issue. He was extremely professional and had another barber, Luis, fix the haircut. Very pleased. Upgrading from a 2 star to 5 star.
