Went here for the first time since being in NC. Last time in NC was 7 years ago. Great customer service, good vibes and great music playing throughout. Watched a kid smile happily as the barber across the way finished his hair. My barber Dwight was pretty chill and cool. My last haircut was 4 years ago. My husband paid 30$ for a fade it’s a bit pricey for a regular fade as it was nothing spectacular. My son gets them done for 12$ at great clips so… but it’s a very nice facility with what seemed to be very nice people. I would recommend if you don’t mind spending extra money for a fade. Of course I’m only speaking for one hair guy the others could have different prices. From what I seen some them guys do some good work.

We had an appointment for 10:00 am. We arrived at 9:57. We were told the person we made an appointment with was with another client. We were asked to wait. We waited 30 minutes. Then we left. I think if you have an appointment, 30 minutes is too long to wait. I can’t rate the service, as my son was never acknowledged.

The two gentlemen that cut my sons hair today (5yo and 7yo) did a nice clean cut, quick, exactly what I asked for with a hard part. I would say the only downfall and why we won’t return is that there wasn’t a price difference for a children’s cut. $60($25+tips)for two children is a lot. Loved the cuts though. Alex has been cutting my son`s hair over 2 years now and i could not be happier. My son is scared of haircut and always walk there crying but Alex is very calm and make him comfortable and he is happy after the cut. Alex is a fantastic barber, i would highly recommend Fade Factory. Never had to wait for longer than 5-10 minutes for a cut.

Great atmosphere, you can tell everyone there loves what they do and want to come to work. I didn’t have to wait longer than 5-10 min. My barber took his time and faded me up right. I highly recommend anyone that wants a quality cut in a town saturated with mediocre barber shops to give @fade factory a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
