My girl Heffy was amazing. She was attentive and informative. It was my first time. I got the cryo contour. She talked me through the whole service. I’m really considering getting the PureLift machine. The results are amazing. I went with a friend. She didn’t get as good of a service. Her girl didn’t talk at all very brief instructions. Most the the “trainer” in there that wasn’t with clients had headphones on. They didn’t act like they want to be there at all. Btw you must valet at the hotel it’s connected to. Very dissatisfied by the customer service. I didn’t get a chance to try the service. I booked my appointment as the latest for the day for 6pm. I had a transportation issue that day, my Uber driver could not find me and my ride to Skin Gym took much longer than it was expected. I called right away around 5.45pm to let them know about my delay, but on the other end I was told about 15 min Grace period. I kindly asked to make an exception and let me get the service when I arrive. My ETA was 6:20pm. Since this was the last appointment I asked to just change the treatment to a shorter one or just provide any service and I was happy to pay for the treatment I was booked. The person replied there was nothing she can do, it is their policy and it’s strict. 200$ was charged from my credit card at 6:14pm while I was on the phone with skin gym’s receptionist. I arrived at 6.20pm but the place was already closed. And before booking my appointment I was told I was Getting 20% off the service as a guest of the hotel, and 15min grace period was never mentioned. Neither I got the discount nor the service provided. Very disappointing.

The place is very clean. Two people greet you at the front desk. Valet parking is 10 dollars with validation. My Trainer was Priscilla. I had the Signature Sculpt & I left feeling as if I worked out my face. She made it clear that the work outs are what they are, work outs for the face. Just imagine getting a fitness trainer to workout your body. It takes time to achieve your fitness goal. It’s the same concept with this place. They train you how to workout your face, hence the name Face Gym. The tools are a bit on the pricey side however we made the investment & purchased them along with some skincare. I will be taking the online classes they offer. I’m motivated to continue the workouts.

Great concept for skin health, I loved the initial experience. I had the signature sculpt with the under eye add on. I am hesitant to return and use my credit because I had a stye from the oil getting in my eye. A few hours after my eye started to feel strange. They said management would call me back and then ignored my concern doing nothing to fix this problem. I never received a response back after calling twice and emailing about the issue. The stye took months to get rid of and I lost work because of it, also I cancelled my event that I received the facial to look fresh for. Serious mistake that they didn’t care to apologize for or remedy in any possible way.

Went to Face Gym in West Hollywood last week and I’m officially hooked… Sara Lee is an absolute GEM! I walked out of there with skin fresher than a newborn baby’s lol, and I just felt like a new person. Not only did the Signature Sculpt release all of the tension I’ve been building up in my jaw all these years, but my entire body felt weightless after just one session! First I went here before the quarantine after following them on IG for a while. Beautiful spot. I wasn’t a fan of loud music, staff talking and laughing, but at least the treatment was good and I relaxed.
