unfortunately i bought a groupon for 2 facials at 70 bucks. It took me 5 phone calls and left 3 messages for the woman to get back to me. After going to my first appointment, the room/office itself is not professional at all. It looks like a hole in the wall single room, and single bed so it’s only one person at a time. It was terrible and the weirdest facial I have ever went to. I regret buying two, so its either suck it up and go to my second appointment or lose out….

Save yourself the hassle. I bought a Groupon. Evidently Lisa didn’t really want to honor it. I spent nearly 2.5 months just trying to SCHEDULE with this woman. The hours on her website aren’t accurate. She wasn’t able to schedule with me during the day for April and May because she was too busy moving. June and July she was only available during school hours because she’s a single mom. No receptionist, so constant phone tag. I scheduled in May for an afternoon in July and was called the day prior to confirm—and asked to move the time. I wasn’t able because of my work schedule. I inquired about parking and she wasn’t clear where to park—really?? After arranging for childcare so I could go, she called the MORNING of my appointment to ask me to reschedule for the next day. WASTED time. I got a full refund for the Groupon after contacting them and explaining what happened.
