I’ve been going to this salon for many years. Frank is fantastic on finger nails. Pedicures vary. Recently Ann has done my pedicures and she is the best for me. Sometimes when they are busy I have felt they are rushed to get to other clients. Since I make an appointment and come on a regular basis that doesn’t please me. But that is rare so I would definitely recommend this spa!

Came in for a gel polish change/manicure. Instead of allowing ample time to soak the old polish off, they kept trying to scrape it off, which was extremely painful. She finally agreed to soak them off with cotton/acetone like every other salon does, but even then barely let them soak before attempting to scrape again. (Initially, I was told they don’t soak with cotton/acetone/foil because it takes longer. I said I wasn’t in a rush, just do it the right way.) When I said they needed to soak more, she just kept scraping. Mind you, I’d already paid – with tip – because the receptionist asked me to pay beforehand so she could “go home early.” The service was not worth the tip I paid. The manicure hurt, the color looks just ok – the application isn’t smooth at all. I was looking for a salon while I’m in town for the month, but definitely won’t be going back here.

Normally love this place, but this week got put with the wrong tech. (larger lady with glasses?) got polish all over my cuticles and skin and did not clean it off at the end, had to do it myself when I got home. The polish is sloppy and looks like I did it myself (which is why I don’t do it myself), it’s not smooth and glassy. Not sure why she is doing nails, she should not be. I did not skimp on my tip, because these people work hard and I love Frank. 🙂

This was my first time there today and I had a great experience compared to the last nightmare salon I went to. I’m new to the area and it’s been hard to find a good salon!The owner started me off and was very friendly and have me great advice when I asked for recommendations. I’m not sure the other woman name who did the rest and my eyebrows but she wasted no time getting me out of there! She analyzed every nail and they turned out absolutely PERFECT!

I was in the area last week for a doctor’s appointment and walked into the shop. The owner was great and managed to fit me in quickly. He was most efficient and gracious. Gina did my pedicure and it was wonderful !!! Yay – I will return even though I live 25 minutes away!
