Saw a story about Eye Tactics on the news. And I just had to try. Let me start of by saying that they have amazing customer service. That’s really hard to find these days. They answer all of your questions and want to make sure you love your results. With that being said, I LOVE my results. I will continue to get my lashes done here. I highly recommend. Just a warning!! Think twice before you book! I went with this company based on the number of stars and the reviews. I was booked with Hailey. She is Inexperienced and as a result I came home extremely disappointed. The eyebrows were NOT symmetrical and there were gaps of tint missing. The eyebrows were “moon shaped” and not all what I asked for. The eyelash tint was a disaster. When I got home I could see on one eye the lashes were curled up and the other eye the lashes DROOPED!!! And unfortunately my eyelashes didn’t look tinted AT ALL!!! $129.00 !! Called back and talked to Tia. She was “politely” rude and kept repeating the 72 hour rule where they would adjust and try to fix the mess. Arguing persisted because she wanted me to come in within the timeframe but I kept telling her I couldn’t because I had a plane to catch. Arguing persisted until she finally “broke” the 72 hour restriction!! She proceeded to tell me I would get charged but at a discounted rate. I asked WHY should I have to pay anything for unacceptable workmanship!! Arguing persisted AGAIN until she finally relented and told me it would be complimentary and ONLY for 1/2 hour to fix the mess!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I had to put up with her terse replies and staunch remarks!! In summary, I canceled ALL future appointments and I will NEVER go there again and I will let everyone know about the quality and dissatisfaction of their services. Hailey is a nice girl but inexperienced !!! You were warned ⚠️
