I was very disappointed by my hair service. I asked for a balayage, and showed my stylist pictures of what I wanted. I asked if this is something that could be achieved and she said yes. My hair looked nothing like the picture by the end and she gave me an ombre, not a balayage. I have had many balayages done before and this totally ruined my hair. The blending on the top was uneven and blotchy, and my ends were green. At the end of the service, she did not even turn me around to see my whole head. When I got home I was horrified. I called immediately to ask for someone to fix it. Thankfully she was very nice and redid it for me the next day with some help. The results the next day were much better but the technique and blending were still not even. My hair was fried on the ends and I went somewhere else to just dye it one color and cut it shorter. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but I would rather be told that a service cannot be done than having my hair damaged/messed up. Overall it was over $200 and 6 hours waisted. I will not be returning 🙁

I cannot wait to go back! Chelsea did an amazing job with my pedicure! My feet were horrible! Massage chair was awesome and so was the complimentary wine! She asked if I wanted red or white wine I said red but accidentally brought out white so she gave me both! She talked me through what i could do at home for my feet and answered my questions! Super easy to talk to! I rarely do anything like this for myself because of money but my husband and I both know I needed my feet done very badly so he saved up money and said it was my valentines day present! I will definately be splurging like this again very soon

The haircut was ok. Cassie was really nice and I enjoyed visiting with her but the atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. The stylist who greeted me when i walked in made me feel like I didn’t belong in there. Overall wasn’t a great experience and I probably won’t be returning. Haircut

Normally love expressions but this time I get being 5 or so minutes behind but 20 or 25…I made an appt over my lunch hour cause I know that it lasts 30 to 45 minutes that way I can get back to work on time and now I had to reschedule because someone was going way over the alloted time for whatever appt the customer before had.

Decided to treat myself for my birthday to some much needed pampering. First time for me for a couple of services provided here, and I was not disappointed! I got a pedicure and had a massage. Was well worth the money spent in my opinion. I will be back!
