I have never had a pedicure that I “enjoyed”. I dislike feet and do not like anyone touching my feet. But yesterday that all changed! The girl who did my pedicure did such a great job making me feel relaxed, so much so that I almost fell asleep. Her attention to details, my cuticles, was mind blowing. My feet and toes are the prettiest they have ever been and I owe it all to her. I’m am now anxiously awaiting my next appointment. Staff was very nice, price was great, quality of pedicure was great but the nails were a nightmare. I was a walk in customer (the second person in the salon after they opened and asked for a pedicure and gel fill. They said “no problem, have a seat in the chair” The pedicure was very nice as well as the woman who did it-she was very patient while it took me forever to choose a color.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called on Friday afternoon to see if I could get an appt. was told to come right up. Was waiting for my turn and someone else came in to book appt. she too was told to stay. When it was my turn the manicurist took me over, shaped my nails and soaked them then proceeded to take the woman who came in after me without an appointment and took care of her and left me sitting for a good 15 minutes until someone else became available to finish my manicure. Very happy to have a salon close to my house I can get wonderful work done and clean gentle and one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had done. I was driving 30 minutes away and the nail salon got really bad .so this was a fresh of breath air! He didn’t complain when I asked to add the glitter to all my nails I felt comfortable to talk and say what I wanted and he was extremely nice! They do get busy I see on weekends. I recommend anyone close to this nail salon to go. I’ll be back for sure !

I simply wanted to have my acrylic nails removed from my wedding so I thought I would stop by express nails since it was a convenient location on my drive home. I get there and am I assisted rather quickly. I ask to have my acrylics removed. The gentleman starts my clipping little slits in the acrylic. This is not my first time having this done, but the first time i have seen this, then he proceeds to grab a plastic nail tip from his collection and takes plastic nails and pulls my acrylics off!! They did not prep my nail, soak my nail, nothing! I was so taken back by the process that I was not too sure what to say. Then I ask if they can soak them and he says you want them removed correct? This gentleman and his lady co worked next to him start speaking Chinese back and forth and I just know it was about me questioning the process. Totally felt so uncomfortable! Not to mention I left with part of my nail not filed correctly and broken off. I will never ever go back here NOR recommend anyone to this place.
