Amazing customer service. Went in there to get a COVID test and one of the girls waited even after closing for the results so she could let me know. The guy who administered the COVID test was hilarious and friendly. The professionalism was on point as well. Great people having a good time working together. Would definitely recommend.

Complete and total Rip Off. On my phone call with them prior they expressed the visits were $100 per person. In fact, it is $200. Prescribed medication without insurance is around $50 for the 9 days, btw. Was “seen” by a pseudo doctor, no pregnancy test, which you would think if someone is prescribed diet pills they would conduct these things. Never received the Receipt via email as expressed also, and the pills they gave me are basically legal speed. Putting those down the drain, and regretting trusting myself to get out of this plateu of weight loss ALONE, without this joke of a rip offs help.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect things to go as smooth as they did on my first appt with them but it was even better than I anticipated. After my appt, I received a follow up phone call within 10 mins from an amazing Nurse Practitioner. He had the best personality, made you feel as if you’ve known him forever and his phone-side manner..lol..made me laugh because he was so comical in his conversation, you’ll couldn’t help but laugh! Anyway I’m on my 3rd monthly refill and I’ve lost 33 pounds and I couldn’t be any happier!! I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect things to go as smooth as they did on my first appt with them but it was even better than I anticipated.
