New fav nail salon in driving distance to Providence. It’s super clean and everyone was really friendly. I had Tammy as my nail tech and she absolutely killed it, between the width of my acrylic overlay to shaping and polish it was all done expertly. I can tell from looking around, all of the other techs are equally skilled with happy clients and regulars. Also got a pedicure and it was very thorough. (My mani was OPI one layer bubble bath, one layer funny bunny with opalescent chrome powder layer for Pearl effect).

I got my nails done here yesterday for the second time. Pictures taken minutes after I walked out. The first time I went I had a mani and pedi by Tammy and she was wonderful, but this second experience has ruined the salon for me. I asked my manicurist to fix the brown dot to which he said he didn’t see anything and the nail was fine, but he re-did anyway. Every nail still had a brown spot (very obvious on white polish) or imperfection but he said he saw nothing wrong with it and got frustrated with me for asking to fix it. He had so much attitude as if I was bothering him. Extremely rude, horrible service, cost $35 for my nails to look like this. I’m sorry to the other techs who seem sweet for this review, but wow. This is the worst polish I have ever had. If it wasn’t for his attitude, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But to not only do such a bad job but to then be rude to the customer for asking you to take a look at it… So to the man who did my manicure, don’t worry, my friends family and I will never inconvenience your salon again. Thanks.

Wanted to try a place closer to home, and sad to say this will not be my new go-to. I have never had gel polish chip off of acrylics … until now. My cuticles got cut from filing and are still red and sore almost a week later and there is already so much lifting happening less than a week after getting a fill. I really wanted to love this place, but I will be continuing my search for a new salon.

She always gives me what I want with no questions asked. Sometimes I can be a difficult, and I’m always changing my mind last minute with different designs/colors. They have unlimited options of colors to choose from! Katie never makes me feel uncomfortable for changing my mind last minute. She ALWAYS satisfies my nail needs!!
