Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am a chronic nail biter who has never had my nails done before. I grew them out for a week to make sure they would have a little bit of nail to use. I got a set of acrylics with gel polish in the shade honey. Kenny was so helpful in helping me understand what I wanted. It was a fantastic experience overall, especially for the price! They want you to feel taken care of and pleased with your outcome! Will definitely go back and have already told 2 people about it since going this morning. I asked for short almond shaped nails, which I received. I know this shape isn’t for everyone.Edit: I stopped getting acrylics since starting a job in medical field. I now get gel polish. I don’t remember the tech that removed them but she was quite aggressive and i think ended up damaging parts of my nails and rushed through the whole manicure making multiple mistakes and not waiting long enough for the polish to dry so it burned when curing. But, Helen is absolutely amazing and I request her every time. I am a chronic nail biter who has never had my nails done before. I grew them out for a week to make sure they would have a little bit of nail to use. I got a set of acrylics with gel polish in the shade honey. Kenny was so helpful in helping me understand what I wanted. It was a fantastic experience overall, especially for the price! i decided to try this place out since it’s close to my house, compared to where I usually go in Mentor, and was definitely not disappointed. i went as a walk-in and they were able to take me in right away and were very nice. i got a gel pedicure and gel manicure, both of which were done immaculately. the salon itself has a great atmosphere, the most comfortable pedicure chairs, a wide variety of colors to choose from, quality products, and is extremely clean. i noticed they used a gel top coat I’ve never heard of before and was a little nervous but it honestly cured the best I’ve ever had on my nails (my gel polish feels like it’ll last forever with it!). i left feeling extremely pleased with my nails and can tell they’ll last way longer than most other salon’s quality. this will be my new go-to salon especially for how convenient the location is to my house!

The place is clean but VERY unorganized. The receptionist said 30/45 wait but I was there for 2 hours. She started to remove my dip polish trying to help but 3 different techs moved me around. There was a guy doing nails but when she asked him to do mine he shook his head no and made the hand motion across his neck that he was done. However another client came in and he sat down and did hers. The guy who finally did do my nails, brushed the dip on sloppily with 1 coat and kept saying the polish wasn’t good. They don’t allow you to wash your hands. When I left I had dust and glue all over my fingers. I wouldn’t recommend.
