I have no words. It takes a lot for me to complain about my hair but I’m at a loss. I went for a simple cut and color. Color came out fine. But the cut is another story. I was asked if I blow dry it at home to style and I said I usually let it air dry. Because of this I was sent home with essentially wet hair, and because of that I couldn’t see the cut until it dried. After getting to the car I noticed I had hair all over my face. The back of my shirt was extremely wet (not something I would normally care about but given everything else it needed to be noted). After getting home and my hair having time to dry I was able to see the cut. The left and right sides were COMPLETELY uneven. The left side appears to have an angle on it (although completely uneven), while the right side almost appears to have no angle. I fixed it to the best of my ability but I am going to have to find someone else to completely recut my hair so it’s actually even. Like I said, I am at a complete loss. I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this but I want to spare someone else the tears that I have shed tonight.

I was sure they would run late but they were right on time and the makeup and hair was just stunning. Natural and beautiful not overdone as a lot of wedding make up artists tend to do. I was so impressed with the hair as well I made an appointment for myself with them and love the salon so much! I am a wedding photographer and when I first worked with Expectations, there were 9 bridesmaids and the bride all needing hair and make up. I was sure they would run late but they were right on time and the makeup and hair was just stunning. Natural and beautiful not overdone as a lot of wedding make up artists tend to do. I was so impressed with the hair as well I made an appointment for myself with them and love the salon so much! Highly recommend them!

Terry was amazing! She squeezed me into her schedule and was very conscientious of my time. She did an amazing job with my hair and colour. I told her I wanted colour that was low maintenance and she blended the balayage perfectly with my roots for an easier upkeep. Sam was also very helpful in finding the right colour from the pics I showed them. Great team! I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing people work here! Getting your hair done can be a hassle but they are great here at making sure the customer gets the best treatment. The cost is affordable but the products sold are not. They are willing to work around your schedule which is great. They’ll even stay a few minutes late to accommodate. The place is upstairs from the recruitment center.

I’ve had my fair share of pedicures because my wife and I do Blue hearts, if you know me. I think the young lady was new or just beginning. She did a soak, pushed my cuticles back, file my toenails. Proceeded to lotion legs with Hemp lotion. I declined that and she was done. What wasn’t done: massage, oil nails, cuticles cut out, and lotion substitute. I was like ok in puzzlement. At the end, $45 dollar bill and management, no thank you for service or anything. All I say is, treat me like any other feet that walks thru door.
