This place is my go-to. All the barbers here are awesome. I have had my hair & beard cut by Q, Miriam, Todd and Xander. Precision cut every time. It makes it nice because, if your preferred barber is booked up, you can still count on getting great service from one of their other barbers. Usually, I just select the most convenient time for my schedule and I know whoever I am assigned to will do a great job. Highly recommended if you’re in the Gilbert area.

I have been coming to Executive Mens Grooming for several years now. I love how you can book an appointment on their website for a specific time and when you arrive you don’t have to wait. I have had many different barbers at EMG over the past few years as I always just booked the appointment time I wanted and got whoever was available. I have always had a great experience here at the Gilbert location. But, the past few times I booked I randomly got Dora Guillien – so this morning when I booked my appointment I chose her specifically as she always does a fantastic job and always seems to run on time. I will be back again next month.

My experience with this shop has been better than the best. Each time I have visited it has been top level. Today I had Q James take care of me. He was a complete professional. He treated me with care and respect. Beyond that he gave me one of the best hair and beard trims I have had in my life. I don’t have enough great things to say about EMG.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to EMG for 7 years and have had good service from one or two of the barbers. Occasionally, I will get a haircut that I am less than happy with from one of the new barbers but I continue to give them my service.Tonight however, I received by far the worst haircut I have ever had. I am going out of town in the morning and decided to get a haircut before I go. I booked the haircut with Anthony with whom I have never received a haircut from. I was reluctant to get a haircut from someone other than Wayne or Mark but I wanted a haircut as I am attending a wedding on Saturday.I walked in the shop and found Anthony laying on one of the couches. When I said I was scheduled with him, he got up and dropped a vape pen. Probably should have backed out of the haircut then. I told him I normally get my haircut by Wayne and proceeded to explain I get a zero guard on the sides and to go straight up.Anthony decided to round the sides to the top of my head, which he managed to leave chunks of hair sticking out. He then mangled the hair on top of my head, leaving a large uneven mess.During this entire fiasco, Anthony had me facing away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what he was doing.I am going to another barber in the morning to attempt to fix the mess he created.Tony, if this is the level of barbers you are going to hire, I am finding another place to get my haircut. My son and I are in your shop every 3-4 weeks and have endured your price increases throughout the last 7 years. Honestly? Best cut of my life. Miriam is, in my personal opinion, and soon yours too, the very best there, she’s patient and kind, she explains everything she’s doing, gives her honest educated opinion. She takes her time and she’s honest. She also funny, did I mention that? I will never go to anyone else again, genuinely and truly a great investment. E.M.G is lucky to have her. And she deserves a raise.

The shop has such a great vibe. Super clean, super chill, beverages (beer even) offered while you wait, and a great staff. Nathaniel was a straight up baller. Skilled, insightful, quick but detailed, relatable and a great conversationalist. I struggled finding a shop I’d be comfortable at (curly hair is difficult) since moving to Phoenix one year ago, but I’m z confident I’ve finally found the place, and I will be going back for sure.
