Excellent Nails in Palm Harbor at 19 & Alderman. Nice salon with relaxing atmosphere. Very professional and polite. Clean place of business with fabulous massage chairs which look new. Prices were reasonable: $45 Dip or &55 Dip with manicure (= cuticle care). Pedicure $35. Time, attention to detail and care was taken with both services. Nails look great and the dip is not thick. This will be my new nail salon.

My nail artist was Tina, who I highly recommend. I asked for a red and black acrylic ombre full set, at first she wasn’t sure if it would turn out they way I intended. But sure enough she underestimated herself and it came out beautiful. She can truly do anything. This is the nail salon you must go to.

They do a great job on the actual service they’re providing, the salon is clean and relaxing, you’re not pressured into more services or upcharges you’re not interested in. I’ve recently been looking for a new nail salon in the Palm Harbor area. I happened to try excellent nails in the alderman plaza. Linh was my nail tech for a pedicure. I have to say it was the best pedicure I’ve had in maybe 10 years. Linh was wonderful, the salon was clean, quiet and welcoming. I’m looking forward to going back in a few weeks.

I am highly disappointed in the service I received at this nail salon. I decided to make an appointment here based on the good reviews and the pictures of their nail designs only. I originally booked an appointment for Friday the 9th at 6pm for a pedicure and a fill. I made sure to put in my notes that I wanted a winter design done and that my nails where long. I received a call about 15 mins after booking online asking if I could come in at 430 or 5 bc they close at 7 and what I wanted would take over 2 hours. I work until 530 so I was not able to make the appointment earlier so I made it for the next day, Saturday the 10th at 11 am. No problem, I understand that designs and longer nails take more time. So arrived on time checked in, it was empty I was only 1 of 2 clients there at the time No one was welcoming I was told to sit in pedicure chair 10 and told to pick a color. This was my first time there and was not shown where to go and the other costumer was actually the one to show me where the gel nail samples where. The pedicure was fine nothing special but then I realized WAY to late that they were reusing tools with out properly sanitizing them. I saw the girl put the dead skin remover AND the Cuticle nippers in the draw of the station after only rinsing them off in my dirty pedicure water then later take the same ones out and use them on the next clients.
