I recently had a pain in the neck (literally) from working out. I’d never tried acupuncture before, but a friend recommended Everyday Spa. After one treatment I felt a little better, but after the second treatment, I felt tons better! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it worked. Tip #1: Don’t do Upright Rows when lifting weights. Tip #2: If you’re in pain, go see Emily at Everyday Spa.

Though afraid of needles, the consistant pain was reason to visit Emily after being referred by one of her customers. My life quality instantly improved. The pain is literally gone. I was in the neighborhood for a class, and experienced a horrible pinched nerve, tightness in my neck and shoulder. i was not able to book entire appointment, but the woman working went out of her way to use accupuncture, with one needle in strategic place to release the tension. She was incredibly generous and helpful. I was VERY impressed, and remain most thankful. I highly recommend giving her an opportunity to help you!

I’m almost embarrassed to say I pulled my lower back muscles coughing as I am just getting over a cold. I am even more shocked that in just minutes of getting an acupuncture treatment I went from about 50% mobility to about 80% without any pain. And after just a few more minutes of moving around, along with some magical ointment, lol, I’m at about 95% mobility…without any pain! It’s almost voodoo it worked so fast, lol, but I’ll be going back anytime I have any kind of pain, that’s for sure.
