Critical: Professionalism, QualityI walked in after a pretty long day at work and was greeted with pure disgust. My hair is rather long and hence why I was there in the first place! The lady at the counters first words was this “one is NOT mine”. The other lady laughs! Clearly being rude but alas I shrug it off and proceed to ask her nicely if she was doing walk ins. She immediately stumbles her words and quickly says nope uuuuuh I can make you an appointment. Mind you I’ve been going there for awhile now and I’ve actually gotten my hair cut twice from this lady (not very good by the way!) But this experience was BY FAR the most unprofessional, and really rather embarrassing moment I’ve had there. The sad thing is IF ITS HAPPENED TO ME IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE. So alas 1 star bad. Bad customer service, bad haircuts (at least from some staff, not all if your lucky, maybe you’ll get one of them!) I went in to have my hair fixed from a botched cut at Great Clips. The gal who cut my hair was a gem! She was so gentle handed and so sweet. She fixed my hair and I will continue to go back. This was my second visit for myself and I’ll never go to anyone else. My hair feels amazing and the conversation was lively and fun. I can’t wait to go back.

Eva’s did a great job with my haircut, and I didn’t have to wait forever to get in, they’re fast but yet pay attention to details! It’s a friendly environment for all ages! And it is probably the coolest decorated hair place I know of for us Men that feel funny going in 99% of hair salons! They have these shiny new Craftsman Toolbox Chest’s as the employees equip. drawers in each of their stations and it looks really cool with all diamond-plate custom cut counter tops, a checkered flag tiled floor/ceiling, & License plate border that runs around the whole inside of the Salon from all over the World! It’s pretty Awesome n I’ll definitely be going back for my next haircut for sure!
