Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI used to be a regular but since realizing both my mother and myself got a nail fungus due to lack of cleanliness we definitely will not be returning. I’ve witnessed the unprofessionalism amongst the staff wile patrons are present. Pricing can get ridiculous if you’re not paying attention to what they are doing especially on your feet. They take it upon themselves to do a full pedicure with all the perks if you don’t specify a regular pedi and then expect you to pay the close to 60$ they charge. The only person I recommend on feet is Kathy , for hands Cindy, both women intend on giving you their Best while being respectful to the paying customer. I wouldn’t let Tina touch my dogs paws; she has the worst attitude and her service is no good, crooked nails and always in a rush to serve the next customer. Not to mention the other negative experience I came across while paying, I asked for change to leave a tip , while Eva the owner was counting out the change she was giving me , the nail tech who did my hands (Holly) took it upon herself to reach into the pile of my change while being counted out and took a $5 bill for herself to keep and not even the onwer had the decency to correct her employee. Tips are supposed to be given not taken. I used to be a regular but since realizing both my mother and myself got a nail fungus due to lack of cleanliness we definitely will not be returning. I’ve witnessed the unprofessionalism amongst the staff wile patrons are present. Pricing can get ridiculous if you’re not paying attention to what they are doing especially on your feet. Critical: Quality, Valuegot my nails done here and i wanted a specific design and coffin shaped, she said ok but when she was putting the nails on she was rushing and made them look squared. same with the nail polish, very rushed. overall my nails were crookedly applied and messy design. would not come here again.Services: Acrylic nails, Nail art
