I went in for my first wax today. I’ve been sugaring but couldn’t find a new location near me so decided to try wax. I had the best experience with Shameka. She was very friendly and talked me through the process which I appreciated a lot. I honestly found it less painful than sugaring. She showed me some products and gave me some samples. Top notch cleanliness, not aggressive with selling products or services- helpful but not aggressive. Making appointments always easy online or scheduling during current session. I have other EWC closer to me, but I choose HHLA. BRITTANY is the only wax specialist I go to & shes the best! She makes me feel comfortable and the conversation flows naturally. She’s extremely informative and professional. Desk staff are friendly & professional. Place is spot clean. Parking is free for either 15 or 30 mins, other than that, this is my go to wax center!

This is my 2nd time coming to this location and I love Shameka, she’s the only reason why I’ll keep coming back. It’s a 25-30 minute drive from my house and it’s worth the drive. Getting a wax is painful but with Shameka it’s not, and she’s fast which is always a plus. I would definitely 100% recommend her, and ladies try to go in the morning 8-10am it’s empty. Also! They are located next to Starbucks, I got lost the 1st time. And!! They have a promotion 1st time WAX IS FREE!!

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened last year in October 2021. Over the last few months, Celah (wax technician) has been chatting about her work at WFG (World Financial Group) and would ask from time to time if I would be interested in seeing what they’re all about. I finally agreed to join some zoom calls last month (August 2022) and after initially being on board to learn more; I realized-after receiving some feedback- that this company is a bit of a scam. EWC just wanted to bring it to your attention that your potential customers are being recruited for services outside of your company’s business. After ignoring Celah and her business partner Ariyan’s calls/texts- I figured we could move on and resume our regular wax appointments as usual. I received a text from the receptionist Brittany informing me of Celah’s unavailability two days before my scheduled appointment. When I called back to reschedule and find out who else was available this Sunday, Brittany was rude and put me on hold. If management wants to get in touch, please do so. All of this is unprofessional and unnecessary. I will be going to a different EWC location from now on.
