Front desk staff are perfect! Quick check in and check out. They are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Smiles were genuine. My wax professional was Hailey. I hope I have the correct spelling. She was outstanding. If you have any doubts, she is the one to relieve you of any concerns. She is knowledgeable and answered questions before I could ask. She is definitely gifted and talks you through any discomfort you may feel. It was 99% painfree and that is awesome. I highly recommend this business for your needs. Based on other reviews this is a business that consistently provides great service. They do have a grace period for those running late, but I encourage all to arrive early so you can enjoy your experience without rushing and just to be considerate of your fabulous staff members.

Scammy tactics and money hungry, it used to be a legitimate business. I kept getting emails about my $10 reward about to expire so I finally decided to visit EWC after having gone to a different company for the past few months. After my wax I went to pay and the receptionist rang me up for my full total. Now I’m usually told I have a reward and asked if I wanted to use it but this time that didn’t happen. So I asked the girl if I had a $10 reward and she said no. I told her I thought I had one and she said I had $9 in rewards and I get $1 every time I pre book. I knew she was lying and was just trying to get me to 1) pay in full and 2) pre book. I’ve since emailed EWC asking about their rewards and they assured me the rewards work $1 spent = 1 point and at 200 points = $10 reward. Nothing about having to pre book to gain rewards. This was the last straw of many scam-like tactics I’ve dealt with this place. The wax specialists do a good job which is why I gave it 2 stars over 1, but considering the horror stories I’ve heard from former wax specialists about working here along with this last experience I’m done with EWC and this front desk.

I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years and I have always had the best service. If any complications they are quick to address it. Today I got to the location and if you’ve ever been to Boca Park the parking can be a little hectic. I was literally parking at the “9” min mark of my grace period and was told as I called to let them know I was walking in that it was too late and I needed to reschedule.Both individuals at the front desk I have never seen before but the rep the informed me I could not get waxed today was Amber I believe. Her customer service skills could use some polishing. Debating if I will continue my relationship with this location!

9/20/22 Update: Savannah is still killing it! Please go see my girl. She’s amazing! New management as well and running so smoothly now. Manager there has assisted me with a product refund and a GC issue in 1 day which took the former manager 3 months! Definitely recommend EWC Boca Park and Savannah in particular!!!
