POOR COMMUNICATION, I’m a regular at European wax center. Never had any issues, I like it because they are always on time, fast and friendly. However today was the total opposite. My appointment was at 2, arrived at 1:48, checked in and at @2:07 I asked if my person was already there. I was told she was not and was arriving late. I asked how late and they said they didn’t know. Would of been appreciated to receive a message just like the one they sent to confirm stating they are running behind. I went to do a 10 min errand and arrived back to be told she was there the whole time but was busy. Checked in with a different person, 8 minutes later I’m being told that they are doing a switch and will be more time. Very disappointed at this time is 2:34 and definitely out of my time. Would love to give this place another chance but hopefully communication gets better.

Awful. Stay away. WORST WAX SERVICE IN HOUSTON. This unprofessional office is on a mission to not only destroy and leak your private information but the manager will deny any wrong-doing and pretend that her violation just simply popped up on her computer. When you get a wax it is to remain private. The way in which this woman went about looking up my information was unprofessional. To add insult to injury, she then accused me of trying to seek a deal that I was not and despite any apology of grossly violating my privacy and her “finding” me through unprofessional means. Unbelievable.

This was my second time here and the experience from the first time was completely different. I saw Sydney this time and she did an amazing job! Not only was she patient, but very meticulous and made sure it was what I wanted. She even asked if she could use the tweezers at the end. Hands down, she is the best. I can’t say the same about Nancy, the first time I went. I informed Nancy that it was my first time after a couple of years and that it was painful whenever she started doing it. She seemed in a hurry and uninterested about my concerns. Nancy was very rough and quickly hurried through without giving me any warnings, even though I told her I needed a break. I was hesitant about coming back because of this. However, I decided to give it a second chance with Sydney and I’m glad I did. I can’t recommend Sydney enough!
