The establishment is extremely clean & sterile. Customer service was on point. They helped me with first massive discounted first wax (no, a Brazilian is not free ) My appt was with the FABULOUS Shantel. She was Jamaican friendly with New York sass. She made me feel comfortable, and did a fantastic, painless, job .

I’ve seen three of the waxers, who were all wonderful, but I’m yet to have an appointment start on time. Monday night, I sat for 30 minutes past my appointment time before I ultimately rescheduled for Tuesday. Again, finally taken back 12 minutes past my appointment time. Mind you, if a client is more than NINE minutes late, they get canceled. I called Tuesday morning asking to have a manager reach out to me about Monday night, but no call ever came in. I’ll give them one more shot after this, but so far, not super impressed.

Fantastic experience beginning to end. I was nervous with it being my first wax in 10 years. Sierra did a fantastic job both with the was itself and talking me through so I didn’t feel as awkward or nervous without the conversation feeling forced at all. They let you know of the products they carry if your interested but don’t try to force you on them or give you a ridiculous sales pitch.

Customer service is terrible (well the specific lady I spoke to) . Love seeing my specialist, but decided to try someone new, Amber. I have scheduled with her a couple of times and have been cancelled/rescheduled every time. My next appointment scheduled with her was supposed to be Thursday, March 3, but when they called to confirm my appointment they stated a different specialist name. When I questioned her she said “oh, well she’s actually going to be out of town the next two weeks so we have to transfer her appointments to a different specialist.” … I was not informed nor did anyone reach out to me to ask if I wanted to wait or if I was even okay with the change. The only reason I found out was because I returned the call to confirm my appointment. When I told the girl I needed to cancel instead she got an attitude. A coworker of mine had an appointment scheduled with Amber for March 7 and they called her before they even called me (when I had a sooner appointment then her) to tell her that Amber would be in training and couldn’t see her at her scheduled time but had a later time available if she would like the later appointment. So… your going to tell me that my March 3 appointment is changed because Amber will be “out of town” the next two weeks, but you’re going to call my coworker about her March 7 appointment and offer her a same day change still with Amber. I understand life happens but at least be honest with your customers as far as any changes that need to be made and communicate with them. Because it could be like my case where both me and my coworker see the same specialist and are told two completely different things!
