I tried going here a half dozen times before I gave up on this place. I would have an appointment booked with a specific person then be seen by someone else when I showed up, with no explanation. I had waxed somewhere else before for several years, so knew what to expect. The wax here was too hot, applied with poor technique, and gave me so many ingrown hairs. I think the final straw was when someone did it crooked. After giving my skin a break a tried a new-ish business in East Lansing, they’re much more knowledgeable. I do not recommend EWC in Lansing under any circumstances!
