I have an appointment at 8am in the morning and they rescheduled it to 8:15. I got to drive 30mins to get there at 8:15. And they treated me like they try to play some trick. First they told me wait few minutes, then they made some excuses to let me walk away. Then I decided to be patient and wait even i was late for work. I’ve never had an issue with this franchise before, but yesterday my card (which apparently was kept on file) was charged (unauthorized) for a service that wasn’t rendered at the Mt Juliet location. I wasn’t even there! They even added a tip smh. And if course they wouldn’t answer calls right after it was done. The manager, Destiny, implied that someone came in and used my name for an appointment. Highly unlikely! An employee took it upon themselves to use my card info to get a payment and there was no accountability from the manager, just rude interruptions to repeatedly say the charge is being refunded. She could care less that an employee was committing credit card fraud. It could’ve been handled properly on the phone but now I have to contact corporate due to poor customer service.

I always go to European Wax Center in Brentwood , but I chose one closer to home. However , that was the worst decision ever . The whole experience was different . I usually get a brazilian wax and of course it’s painful ! This time , the lady giving the wax literally snatched some of my skin off . It’s sensitive to the point I have to walk a certain way and I can’t wear jeans ! I do not recommend . Maybe all of the professionals should be trained the same way and not take shortcuts and injure customers !

I made an appointment for my wife and she had been to that place before, this was her second time, when she left the session she told the manager that she did not like the result, that she had left many hairs without removing it, and The manager told her that the person who did the session was new to the job and didn’t know much. Incredible that they put someone like that in that position without knowing how to do something right! They re-entered her to try to make it better, and only managed to put her through more pain with no better results, and still charged her full price!

1st time at this location. Front desk person didn’t greet me but was nice. The aesthetician seemed a little frustrated but was professional, courtesy, and informative. I know they have to be quick when waxing but there were a few strays left.
