Worst customer service! Recent experience- my wax passes (for 8 services) were deducted even though these 8 services were not rendered. If I didn’t happen to look at the email receipt for these charges, European wax center wouldn’t care to correct it. When I called them to report this, I was told I would be called again by manager for refund etc. Nobody ever called back until about a week and then I called again. This time it was the manager who answered the call but there was no apology for the mistake made and also a tip of $44 was charged (another mistake) but I only said 20% on the service. So be careful guys when signing up for passes and what is being used/charged. I definitely need to go back and look at the amount being charged since 2020. I wish I could rely on the wax center but after few bad experiences with them, I need to be careful and not going to renew my wax passes again.

Have been going to EWC for the last five years in different states and this experience was not what I’ve come to expect. The technician spent more time trying to sell me and make excuses for why she was not good. I dropped a service because I just wanted to get out asap and she she asked me why, did I have somewhere to go? YES…to somewhere not here. Also the mirror she handed me was dusty and dirty which FURTHER let me know I would not return.

The current “store manager” Jasmine refused to give me an appointment and hung up on me when I asked to make a complaint and speak to someone above her. I have a prepaid wax pass that I will not be refunded for. After hearing all of the complaints from employees at this location I should have known I would face this issue with this site. DO NOT GET A WAX PASS & VISIT THIS LOCATION

You MUST request Karen! I have been to other EWC’s and this specific center before, but never had service as great as Karen’s.She was super friendly, used her own waxing technique (which I loved), and made me feel super comfortable.
