I’ve been using the service here for a year. The staff are very nice, the wax technicians are all very nice and good at what they do. I get my nose hair removed here – yes it’s better than using a nose hair trimmer. Much better. I would recommend this place. Guys – as you get older you’ll find your nose and ear hair is out of control. Problem solved. Go once a month.

If you are more than 9 minutes late, you will be refused service. I learned the reality of this the week of my wedding. While I have received satisfactory services here, being denied service when 11 minutes late to an appointment the extremely chaotic and unusual week of my wedding was a big turn off for me. I wish the corporate policy was more flexible based on individual circumstances, but that’s the game with going to a large business with many locations. They are profitable because of policies like this. They can book many clients in one day because of policies like this.
