On my birthday, this past September, I booked an appointment at the Dedham location because of the convenience to the event but I am traveling from the South Shore Area. And I do not regret that decision. I had the absolute best interaction and wax with Lucy. Although I have been waxing for many years at different EWC locations throughout the US and the State of MA, Lucy has been the most pleasant and thorough Brazilian wax. Let’s be honest the pain associated with Brazilians is tough at times, however Lucy talked me throughout the experience and was able to catch each hair at the same time. I am writing the review so late because as I am looking to book before Christmas, her availability is booked until after Christmas and rightfully so. She is great! I could not suggest a better waxer.
