To start, I received my first spray tan from this salon at 13 years old. As I am now 22 years old, to say I am a loyal customer is an understatement. I had a spray tan booked for tonight at 8pm. At 8:03 I called the salon to let them know I was running late but would be there within minutes. The girl on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and told me I no longer had an appointment because I was late. I explained that I had been frequenting the salon for years and would be there within a minute, to which I was met with silence from the other end. No one from the salon called me at 8pm to say I had 5 minutes to get to the salon or else my appointment would not be upheld. The girl I booked the tan with over the phone did not alert me of this 5 minute grace period either. To the very least, this salon needs to work on customer service because I have never encountered such disregard and blatant disrespect from an establishment as a loyal customer.

I love this place, most of ur employees are sweet & easy going but whoever is answering the phones today needs to be trained again maybe on her customer service 🙂 she’s simply rude n sounds like she hates her job. And she also hung up on me lmaooo I just asked wat time you guys closed because I wasn’t sure if you were closing early for the holiday or anything and she gave me a snotty attitude with her response and I said thank you so much! And she hung up on me so do better with the girls you got handling your phones bc it’s a huge turnoff <3

To the owner.. On Saturday, 03-05 I used your tanning salon at 1:30 PM before having my nails done next door at 2:00. The young lady on duty, short with black curly hair was very nice until she came into the nail salon later to have her nails done. She proceeded to rip apart all of the customers coming in to your business and then she got to me. Unaware that I was sitting right behind her she went on to comment to her cousin that my hair needs to go darker as I have silver hair and go lighter on the tanning as I look like a wrinkled bag. Once she realized I was sitting there she shut up. I had just begun using your business recently as it was convenient to the nail salon next door. Needless to say I will not be back and you need to hire better help that can keep their comments to themselves.

The exterior and small store front give this place a deceptive appearance. It’s located in a small strip mall overpowered by medical offices. On the inside it is delightful. Very clean. Friendly staff. Wide variety of beds to choose from, both lay down and stand up. The receptionist was very helpful as I was a new customer and hadn’t been tanning in a very long time. She gave me some great suggestions and advice. Can’t wait to go back!

I always go here, the spray tan always comes out beautiful. However today, I came 5 minutes late and the girl told me that since I was late I would have to wait till 4:45 to have a spray tan when my appointment was at 4. This is because someone had an appointment at 415 and another at 4:30. I was not able to do the appointment because I had a graduation liturgy so Had to do a different method because I was 5 minutes late. I love the spray tans from this place but this was just very disappointing
