I recommend this salon to everyone I can! The staff provides a level of quality and service that would make even the most shy customers feel right at home. I’ve had bad salon experiences that left me skeptical to trust anyone with my hair. Fortunately, their sense of style, knowledge and skill has completely taken away my skeptism and fear to do anything bold or dramatic. They won’t let you leave unless you’re completely satisfied with your service, and they definitely won’t let you leave looking bad! My entire family goes to them on a regular basis and has never left disappointed.

I really, really enjoyed my haircut here. I’m sad to say I don’t recall her name, but the gal did an amazing job. She wasn’t afraid to cut a lot of length off of my hair, worked with my needs and special physical requirements, and was more than happy to change things based on my feedback. I absolutely plan on returning when I need another haircut.

I love this salon! Ive been getting my hair done here for about 3 yrs. The salon is really nice and trendy inside. The owner Brittney does my hair and shes wonderful. Shes never been over booked during my appt so she always starts on time. She is very attentive and friendly. Very experieced in hair color and cutting. The salon uses only Aveda products which is why i first went to this salon. I have nothing but good things to say about Eternal Salon. If you are looking for an upscale salon with affordable prices and personal attention then this is the salon for you.

Went there today first time and got a wash, blow dry, straighten, trim, and curl for a really good price. Mrs. Angie is great! Highly recommend this place to even naturalistas. You’ll love the results. Place is friendly and inviting!

I was very disappointed with my experience. My husband gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure and haircut with blowout. The pedicure itself was wonderful but the final polish did not cover all of my toes so it looked like a 2 week old polish job. the hair cut was fine but the blow out was so bad I was ashamed of how I looked. I reported the problem for the owner to resolve but 10 days with no response to my email leads me to believe they just don’t care. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I went to this salon earlier in the year . I wanted balayage and got ombre which is whatever. But, the amount of damage my hair had is unbelievable. When I went the hair dresser said she didn’t know if she could dye my black hair blond. She took a strand test and told me everything was fine and the hair was doing great going blond. My hair turned out orange. No amount of toner could save me. I would brush my hair and my husband said he would see my ends falling off when I was in front of the window. ( I would describe the feeling as hay!) So, I dyed my hair back to black and the amount of ends that fell off were crazy. Also, SOME of the staff was nice others were on the rude side.

Just had my first haircut here and I love it. Great staff, great atmosphere and very competitive pricing. I am glad I have found a place at last. My wife also goes here and feels the same way and she gets cut and color, for two very picky people, we are more than satisfied.
