The staff was really nice, however my hair fell out. I only got a wash, set and a blowout, no chemicals. The first visit was fine but after the second visit, my hair had severe heat damage. I hardly blow out my hair and my hair had never been in such bad shape. I had to keep cutting my hair and it took a year for my hair to become healthy again. The staff was really nice but I don’t know what happened to my hair during my last visit.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wanted my hair washed and blown out. My hair was washed and then it was ripped out of my scalp. I’m natural so my hair needs water to detangle. I thought as a professional salon they would know more about hair. Any who I asked the stylist can she be more gentle and she got an attitude. The blow dryers are way to hot and so are the flat irons, if you want to remain with hair on your scalp I don’t recommend this salon.
