I love Essentials and instantly feel relaxed when I walk in the door. After a year, I feel like they’re family. I’m sorry I can’t reference names but do know by roles. The receptionist is always engaging, warm, and welcoming. The owner is hands on and quick to help, answer questions and engage with clients. The one name I do know is Debbie. A guru in deep tissue! She has helped my body heal and recover, and educated me along the way about my sleeping habits and sore muscle treatment. She is ALWAYS ready to ask questions and is an incredible person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend the team! They also offer an array of other services as well and have specials to elevate the client experience. LOVE them!

So I had a standing monthly wax appointment with a very nice and professional young lady. Now we just had a hurricane yesterday and are still under a state of emergency. My car is currently blocked by a tree that has fallen on top of we had no power, again due to Hurricane Ian. So I was able to finally call to reschedule my appointment due to the emergency the State of Florida is in. I got Kerry who is the supervisor at this spa and I let her know I wanted to reschedule and told her why. She proceeded to ask me detail questions as to where my vehicle was blocked in and why didn’t I call earlier. I proceeded to let her know since obviously she’s been under a rock and isn’t up on current affairs to the state she works in. She still insists I should have called earlier and that she would be charging my credit card on file the full amount for the service. So I asked her there were no exceptions for the state of emergency we are currently in. In a very rude manner she stated no. So now the nice young lady who did my services lost a regular and faithful client. This spa should be ashamed of themselves.

I have had such wonderful experiences at Essentials Deluxe Day Spa! The staff is so friendly! I got permanent eye liner on the top and loved it so much I went back and got it on the bottom. Sirjana is amazing and SO caring and sweet! She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! I highly recommend going here!

I’ve been coming here for over a year. They have wonderful services and fair pricing, unfortunately the receptionist girls just can’t seem to get it right, they constantly book incorrectly!!!! So here I am at 9am without the appointment I had booked…..had 4 more facials at a couple hundred dollars per visit scheduled on the books . We only needed an additional 30 minutes to have the scheduled treatment, the manager Carrier wouldn’t even consider calling the next client to see if she could come 30 minutes to accommodate and rectify their mistake, just like they called me on my Mothers Day appointment to tell me they were running 30-45 minutes late!!!! No matter how great the facial services are, if you can book a simple appointment for the allotted time you will loose clients just like how you just lost me! I canceled the next 4 weeks and will never return mainly due to Carrie’s (the manager) complete lack of concern and respect of my time…..she was more concerned as to why/how the wrong timeframe was applied by her employees, well let me tell you, they’re only as strong as their leadership and today I saw how incompetent and weak the leadership is at Essential Day Spa this morning

Had a prenatal massage with Sunflower and it was wonderful. She was so sweet, and kept me comfortable and relaxed. This pregnant mama feels much better. The desk staff was friendly and kind, offering water before and after. The setting is nice from the moment you walk in. I will definitely be back.

THEY ARE CROOKS! Had to cancel my appointment…..due to testing positive for Covid…..and they still charged my credit card!Thieves! They would have had me come in for my massage and infect the entire office!! This is NOT a place to spend your hard earned $$$.

The staff here is always pleasant and professional. I absolutely adore Sirjana! She is absolutely lovely and exceptional at her profession! She does a variety of services though I see her for eyebrow threading and eyebrow henna! She is professional, caring, and my eyebrows are always a work of art by the time she gets done with them! I highly recommend her!
