Both my daughter and I went. It was ok. Person who did the waxing was very nice. My only complaint is that both of us have red bumps all over the place, and a small part of my face got ripped off too hard or something because it still stings and the skin is flaking off. I saw a video by one professional who explained that the waxing needs to be done in 2 small finger sized parts. Ours were done in large sections. So not sure, but maybe that was the issue? I didn’t lower stars for this, but I wish waxing salons gave the estheticians a lamp with magnifier glass. It ends up being more thorough that way.

I always go to this place to see Ms. Diane, who is truly a treasure and a master at her skill. Lately I have been given the opportunity to work with her employees. It is clear to me that she hires focused, smart young folks that know what they are doing and responsive to feedback. Today I saw Judy, who was fairly new at the practice but very thorough and did an excellent job. I recommend this place to anyone. Also the prices are very reasonable.

I wish I could remember my esthetician’s name; she was so amazing, I booked my next month’s appointment with her when I was leaving. Everything was explained to me as it was performed and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed with her. I got my first ever facial here today and I was beyond impressed. I wish I could remember my esthetician’s name; she was so amazing, I booked my next month’s appointment with her when I was leaving. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismIf I could give this place negative stars I would. I have had an appointment made for over a month for today. I had purchased a Groupon first off they would never answer the phone they wouldn’t respond to Facebook messages. I finally got an appointment the day before leaving on vacation and an hour before my appointment I got a text saying they changed my appointment to tomorrow without even talking to me to verify if that would work or not and it won’t because I am flying out at 3:40 tomorrow morning. I call them mind you they have a location in Puyallup and Bonney Lake didn’t give me the option to go to Puyallup just told me they cancelled my appointment and that they didn’t care that I was going on vacation or that it’s been paid for and that if I didn’t like it to file a complaint with Groupon and my credit card company.If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place gave me a full Brazilian wax, I believe reasonably priced. I hadn’t had a wax in a while so it was very painful, but I will definitely be back here! The appointment only took I wanna say 30-40 minutes? My first experience was at a beauty salon that wasnt as experienced with waxing so the right kind of wax was not used, and it took 2 hours long. I tried sugaring my second time and also someone who wasnt as experienced because it was farther away, and due to traffic I had to be late and they couldnt give me someone experienced. This place is much closer to where I live and work right now which is WAY more convenient. The lady that did my wax today is VERY experienced and is a master at it. This place mostly does waxing unlike other places I visited. Didnt get the lady’s name, but she was great and gave great advice!! I will be back to keep the waxes a regular thing so that it wont be as painful. Thanks!! Much love
