Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came from a previous myofascial therapist. Was recommended because my original moved. Today was my first time. But even when we spoke by phone to book first apt I felt amazingly comfortable. Went for therapy to Jackie for first time today. She Took the time to understand my trauma and what I needed, what I was looking for and the best way to treat my body. I did not feel rushed, which is important to me bc I’ve been through a lot. When I came today, the symptoms I have been suffering from that lead me call were: tinnitus, acid reflux, Gerd, plantar fasciitis, numbness in my hands and fingers calm now Chester tight I could barely breathe let alone take a deep breath, coughing and congestion, hip knee and wrist pain, headaches and somewhat blurred vision. Knowing my body and how myofascial works, I knew this was not covid or some virus/regular sickness you go to dr for. These symptoms I have had before I flounder my previous myofascial therapist. After our session today I felt 10 yrs younger (and I’m only 32). I could move in ways I haven’t been able to love for months. I could breath deeper than I have been able to for months. My tinnitus was gone. My face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, breast, and diaphragm, upper/mid and lower back all felt flaccid/loose. I went from a 9 1/2 in pain to a 2. I highly recommend Jackie. She listens not only to your words but what your body is telling her. And she is able to read the pressure and movement needed to fix the problem, not just chase the pain for a temporary fix. If you’re looking for someone in tune with their skill and who first hand understands, please give her a try. I would have paid her anything she asked, she made my body feel so healed. Not just good, but healed.I came from a previous myofascial therapist. Was recommended because my original moved. Today was my first time.
