Equilibrium Massage Therapy’s owner, Misty Connella fulfillied long time dream to open her own office was realized in 2016 with her first location downtown CDA. She grew up watching those she cared about suffer chronic pain, the closest of which being her father and discovered she could use her hands for healing after watching another therapist help him improve his quality of life. The time she spent, after being certified in 2004, working in medical and spa settings in AK, HI & now North Idaho, helped her fine tune her vision. Our desire at Equilibrium Massage Therapy is to help individuals decrease pain and stress, using bodywork styles like Thai Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Hot/Cold Stones and Cupping Therapy.
