Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMe and my sister went in for an hour massage each, the lady told us that it was okay. Then when we got there she said that she could only do a half hour each. We were like uh okay and preceded for our half hour massage. We went into the same room together. While the lady was massage me she then began to criticize my sister about her weight, telling her she was fat. And to stop eating late at night, told her not to gain anymore weight and she’s beautiful. My sister has a lot of health issues which is why she isn’t skinny. She was very very offended and upset, as anyone would be. I went for an hour it’s supposed to be $60 an hour I handed her $65 and she informed me that I owed her 20 more dollars for the oil she used on me the bill for the hour was $85. I will not be going back.

She is extremely strong. I normally get deep tissue massage from males because I have a lot of problem areas and most therapists can not massage 120 minutes at that type of pressure, but she can and she does! She works very hard and i am more than impressed. I am living in Seattle, WA and travel often! I know how hard it is to find a really good massage therapist! Reminder, I normally get 90-120 minute massages every other week in Seattle! This place is conveniently located at 17 N state st in Ephrata (half a block off Main St) and half a block from Ephrata Keystone Villa , where my parents live! I had a two hour massage today! I will fly home to Seattle on Thursday feeling Rejuvenated! I have been visiting this place for a few years now and I booked a 120 minute massage for my twin brother who is a harder worker for UPS. He’ll probably love me forever for this gift ! As for the negative comments claiming language barriers and rudeness, shame on you. She has google translator and tries very hard in learning English . A little patience is welcoming and virtuous. As a Medical Professional myself, and a person who is a clinical instructor in radiation oncology department I stand proud with my endorsement for this one women massage institution. She is extremely strong. I normally get deep tissue massage from males because I have a lot of problem areas and most therapists can not massage 120 minutes at that type of pressure, but she can and she does!
