Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOkay okay so my mom and I decided to check this place out a few weeks ago. It is such a lovely place!! Not only do they have good playlists, they provide quality service with quality product!! I’m sorta in love with Loki (what girl isn’t?). The wonderful Anna (pronounced like in Frozen) did BEAUTIFUL Loki themed nail art. Anna is an absolute gem of an artist, just like the other techs she works with! I’ve been seeing her every two weeks for acrylic nails and I am always in love with this result. Not to mention she’s so fun to talk to. I get compliments on my nails all the time! Okay okay so my mom and I decided to check this place out a few weeks ago. It is such a lovely place!! Not only do they have good playlists, they provide quality service with quality product!! I’m sorta in love with Loki (what girl isn’t?). The wonderful Anna (pronounced like in Frozen) did BEAUTIFUL Loki themed nail art. Highly disappointed with my gel manicure. First they only gave me one little color swatch to pick from, then the color I picked they said was “extra”. Long story short I walked out with nails I hated and having spent way too much. Also they are never ready for you even when you have an appointment. Gel manicures

They cut my nails down super short. I got a “dip” and was charged $40 plus $1 service fee. They did not do the regular maintenance portion of a manicure. She said to do each one is a separate charge. For example, to do the cuticles it’s another $5. Then she tried to put a gel coat on top of my dip… I asked her to do the dip coat and she did a polish on top instead. This place does not do a legit dip. When I looked at the coat she put on top it was for acrylic nails. There are places down the street that know what they are doing and adhere to their price list.

Definitely enjoyed the pedi! And my nails turned out great ! Even tho I was a lil difficult at first trying to find a design they could do. But the girl was patient, kind and professional, THANK YOU ! much appreciated!

The pedicure was ok but the service was not good. The person doing my pedicure (Linda) was more concerned with watching everything else in the salon other than what she was doing. Several times she completely stopped giving me my pedicure and just watched what was going on with other clients. It was very unprofessional. Pedicure

I received a mani/pedi on a Wednesday evening and by the next morning I noticed the polish had started chipping off/thickening on several nails. As I was heading out of town on vaca I thought I’d drop by to show them because I did not have the time to have them redone at that moment perhaps when I returned. I was told I had to wait 20 minutes or I would only get $6 back for a service that I paid $60 + tip for initially! The tech put something in the nail polish so I think the polish was old and I told the guy but he didn’t seem to care nor about my stating I would not be returning.

I prefer to have square and she cut them completely short to where that was not an option. Then she was rough. Pedicure was not even relaxing. It seemed as if a few steps were skipped. I prefer to have square and she cut them completely short to where that was not an option. Then she was rough. Pedicure was not even relaxing. It seemed as if a few steps were skipped. This place is not clean. They reuse everything without sanitizing in between. They take on too many clients so their wait times are ridiculous. They will have you sit at a station that hasn’t been cleaned and have you wait. It’s so gross. The staff tends to be friendly but clearly frustrated by management.
