Mike did an amazing job with my dip nails today. I was a walk-in and they seated my boyfriend and I immediately and offered drinks. The whole staff was very accommodating and nice! Will definitely be coming again

I always enjoy my experience, appx. 12 visits ……I get manicures & pedicures with regular polish. I revisit more often for a mani refresh and love to relax with a glass of wine!!! Erika is so sweet and talented . I never request anyone specific but haven’t had a bad experience with anyone. I have never had to wait – that’s a biggie. So I do recommend Entrada Nail Bar!! New, quiet, clean and has lots of room for group visits.

My friend and I met up to get our nails done and they said it’d be about 20 minutes. We get seated and someone comes tend to my friend, while I patiently wait. I didn’t have a problem waiting a little longer. Well I see two people next to us get seated and someone immediately comes over to them. The lady at the front comes over and wraps my fingers with foil to get the powder off and walks away and doesn’t come back. I took the powder off myself. Someone was coming over to attend to me and she sent her off to someone else. Finally by the time my friend is done someone comes to me and I told her to just get the rest of the powder off and cut my nails. They apologized for the manicure and I told them it’s fine I only watched 3-4 other people get service before me. Then charged me $10 for something someone barely did. I also told them $10 for something I basically did? I had another incident with getting a manicure here where she put my hands in the wax and got up and never came back and started on someone else. As this was a place I’ve had a great experience with, these last two services and the lack of care for their customers we won’t be back here.

Definitely won’t be back here. After our last experience. We’ll apparently the owner already said she would not remove my daughters nails and paint them said I would be charged again. After they put tips on my daughter’s nails and they bother her and were messed up called the same day and was told we need to pay if she wants just gel. When you spend 60 dollars and a tip for a 10 year old and they want to try and charge you for removing them and painting gel. The lady up front is rude and also put my daughters friend on the spot questioning her on how old she was

I absolutely loved the way my nails turned out on my first visit with the owner. The shape, the color choice were perfect with all different shape of nude color powder. I will definitely visit again. The customer service was wonderful.

I’ve been several times in the last year, all “ok” but yesterday was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Anywhere. The tech was a male whose name started with D. I’m guessing he normally doesn’t do pedicures. The first red flag was when he tried filing down the soft parts of my feet that normally don’t get filed down, or maybe when he poured scalding hot water on my leg, or used way too much honey and oil, and to top it off he hardly massaged my feet and legs. He really was nice but that’s just not enough. I feel like this place is just too inconsistent esp for the price.

This was my first visit here and won’t be my last. I came in for a full set because I have an important interview next day. My nail tech took his time and gave me a wonderful set of my nail. I am very happy with the service I received today. I will be returning soon.
