Enrapture Salon of Everett, Washington, has a new innovative group of women owners with a mission that you, the client, have an extraordinary and unmatched guest experience with exceptional quality that would be hard to find elsewhere. We call ourselves the Phoenix 4. Allie, Emily and Sara bring a variety of skill sets as owners and stylists. We also bring hearts that love to give! We are often seen organizing food drives, volunteering for the American Cancer Society and our latest affiliate is Children With Hairloss. We give 100% human hair wigs for free to those in need.

Been meaning to post a review for Emily! Life continues to be hectic and busy as the year comes to an end. I moved to WA ~2 years ago, been in search for someone like Emily, unfortunately had to go through a few terrible experiences to end up in her hands. Thankful for the recommendation by the DVM I work with. Emily has been a blessing to me and my hair! I will not go to anyone else but her! If she ever moves, I might even travel out to see her for my hair needs! She really knows her colors, especially them purples! When I first came in beginning of the year, my hair was a wreck from other stylists and “colorists”. The colors never came out to what I had shown them, even worse, last place left my hair fried from over bleached…my hair felt like straw hay! Emily had helped restored my hair back to life and continues to maintain its integrity. She is fun & silly, personal, works quick, and very passionate about what she does. Takes pride in her work and it definitely shows! Many compliments! Hair color looks amazing even many weeks after it’s faded out from wash (photo transitions from different sessions). I have myself booked out with her for the entire of next year (2022)!

Sadly, I am removing my 5-star review for Jesse’s Enrapture Salon and reducing it to 1-star (less if I could). I had been a customer of Jesse’s for close to 15 years, had referred many friends and kept going to the salon after he left because I believed in the salon he started. I tried to schedule a full foil with Emily, but was told she wasn’t available and was given an appointment with a so-called platinum stylist named Nikki. For the avoidance of doubt, I went in with a photo and a professional stylist’s description of how to achieve the color in the photo that I wanted (foils with low-lights on my natural level 8 blonde hair). I left looking nothing like the photo with hair darker than it was when I went in. I saw myself in the mirror in a store and looked so terrible that I was embarrassed and had to go home. I called the salon and very nicely explained that I did not get what I paid $350 for. They had me come back in and again I showed the same picture with the same description and Nikki added more foils. And again I left with darker hair that looked nothing like the photo. I called the manager and explained that I did not get what I paid for with the service provided by Nikki. She offered to have me come back in so that it could be done again, but it would be at my full cost. I am not a rich and had saved a long time to get my hair done. This cost me a fortune, it looked horrible and it looked nothing like the picture (which both Nikki and the manager agreed with). There was never any apology or any good reason given as to why my hair did not look like the photo. I’ve had this same service at other salons done with no problem. I feel like I was ripped off, taken advantage of and I am tempted to take them to court to get my money back. Do not go here.

I’ve been using this salon for about 3 years. I cannot rave about it enough. The entire staff is fantastic. I had always been with Emily but she has been harder and harder to schedule with. I sucked it up and tried a new stylist, Quan. I have NEVER left a salon loving my hair more. She did a painstakingly outstanding job on my balayage (my first ever). I love it so much!

The stylist Nicky did not know how to style my curls using curl cream. She continuously rubbed the cream into my hair instead of spiraling it out. Now my hair is frizzy and I have to rewash it. Idk what she was thinking rubbing it into my hair as if it was shampoo. I’m even more disappointed in myself for sitting back and watching her do it. This is the ugliest I’ve ever looked coming out of a salon. Definitely won’t be coming back!

I love enrapture salon. Nikki is an excellent hairstylist. I have been with her for several years and she has in that time done multi-colors. We are trying to get my hair from medium brown to grayish silver to match my grow out. It’s taken a few full foil sessions so that we don’t fry my hair. My last appointment was Tuesday and it turned our beautifully. We also did a slightly different cut. In all my years seeing Nikki I have never gotten a bad cut or not liked the color/foils. She is so sweet you will absolutely love her. The place is super clean and the rest of 5he staff are so nice.
