***Edited to add this – Off their website, it states that a royal pedi/mani would cost 56.00. So where did the rest of that charge come from?? Now I know 100% that I will never step foot in there again. 30.00ish dollar difference… makes you wonder who all they do that too!! ****

Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy first experience there. I scheduled an appointment for a gel pedicure and manicure for 11AM on a Sunday. I expected since it was Sunday and during the Holidays it would be busy, hence me schedule an appointment.What is odd…I walked in at 11:01AM and there was already 13 people in the pedicure chairs and 3 in the manicure stations. Even more odd several we’re finished in 12 minutes of my walking in.I was finally taken back for the pedicure around 11:30AM and since I had get I expected them to do the acetone and foil to start the removal process, which did not happen. At 11:46AM I was finally given the foils. Around noon a gentleman started my toes, he did not cut my cuticles back or barely took off any skin.These pictures are one hour after my appointment. They are look streaky and you can see the gel laying over the cuticles which means it’s going to chip sooner. And look at the jagged edge of the big toe.Also the massage chair was broken and no discount was offered.I then was sent to Michelle for my gel manicure and she did a great job. Same color, different people.The difference is clear. I paid my tip and left, not sure I will be back unless I can see Michelle.I find it odd that everyone (17 people) had an appointment for 11AM. Seems like they put their patrons first from what I could gather. But the sad part is, I am a loyal patron when a business does a good job.Check out the difference…speaks for itself.My first experience there. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. They put you at ease the moment you walk in. Angel has taken care of me for the last 10 years and I can’t say enough good things about her. Miss Carolyn that handles all things upfront is extremely professional. Her knowledge of colors is amazing. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had I’m not one to leave reviews but felt like I really needed to leave a review on this establishment. The older lady that did my pedicure was so rude she told me if I work hard at my job then Why can’t I work hard to put lotion on my feet before bed..! like what kind of business is this? where is the professionalism? not only did she say that she left bruises on my legs from how hard she rubbed them and literally threw the hot towel on my legs it wasn’t just your standard hot towel it was scorching and to just throw it on me I was so upset. I was very disappointed I walked out of there feeling like I just wasted a bunch of money to get hurt. Fix your staff!! Or close your business

Terrible experience, they didn’t have my appointment written down, the color I selected didn’t match what was put on my nails because their colors are “faded from the sun”…, the man doing my nails, albeit a nice person, took a break in the middle of it to have a smoke outside (I know because he reeked of it when he came back), he had very rough hands and coughed (with a mask) the entire time he was handling my hands. It was very uncomfortable and I do not recommend this place at all. Especially if you pick a specific color and then end up getting something completely different. I did point it out to them that it didn’t match and they still didn’t even suggest to give me a discount or offer any kind of apology even, just excuses – took my money no problem tho…

I have been going to this nail salon for many years.I have overlooked the attitudes and I have even returned after having my fingers tore up by the male technicians. But today did it for me I specifically requested a spider,a ghost and a pumpkin put on my nails,my request was totally ignored so I left with no pumpkin,no spider and no ghost and my thumb and index finger tour up and bleeding, And they don’t apologize all they say is “What’s wrong” I will not return and I will not refer this place to nobody the men have very bad attitudes and they are very rough on your fingers. I am very upset about today I drove an hour in a storm. Paid $45 didn’t even get what I wanted. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because The owner Michelle is very sweet and always offers to fix the problems but I’ve just had enough after driving an hour there and be treated like this by Michelle’s husband.I won’t return…

This was my first time reying thus salon and will definitely be my last. I asked for an SNS dip power for my daughter and I. I asked the them to hand file my natural nail before the dip because the machine damages my natural nails. Only the owner was able to do that. How are these people licensed if the do not know how to use a nail file? The owner proceeds to do my nails and I thought something was off when she applied the base coat. It smelled like nail glue. I have been getting SNS for 5 years it never smells like that. She then pulls out the UV light started to put what she called gel powder on the top coat. First, gel is NOT a powder it is a GEL and second, you do not put gel on SNS. There is a clear coat to make it shiny. I said to her that is wrong and she should know better. She was attempting to put acrylic top of the first coat of SNS. Her response was most people do not know and that is the way we do it. I get SNS because I don’t like the UV light. I told them to make sure they did not do that to my daughter’s nail. As I was waiting for them to finish my daughter’s I watched them use the wireless nail filer machine on people’s TOES. Like really, they use those things on people toes then use them on people’s fingers. They really do not know how to use a damn nail file. This place is terrible. I question the sanitation and if anyone who works here actually have a license. I will definitely not go back here.

Worst place in Fuquay Varina. Very rude. I asked for a list of the services and prices and didn’t want to do that until I had to ask for the fifth time. I don’t want you telling me, I want to see it for myself. Painted the wrong paint on my toes but didn’t want her to start over so I went with it. The guy receptionist is going to kill your business. Need to work on customer service especially when ripping customers off with high prices and bad quality. Wish I could be a loyal customer, nice place but a NO for me. To each it’s own.

Receptionist is bad with scheduling. After I waited 30 minutes she allowed someone else to go before me. Second time this has occurred the manager corrected her the 1st time, then it happened again. With a big book to schedule clients and she placed her hand on her own notes and said oh you are right here. Which was first in line of the others. I don’t understand how/ why that was possible.
