I paid $56 total for a gel refill and it was alright. The woman was nice and paid attention to what I wanted but overall not what I was expecting from other people’s experiences. She had me pull my hand out the dryer too early multiple times, so there’s lines and weird discoloration and ripples on my thumb and other fingers as well. I asked for a half nail and one hand looks good the other you can clearly see where she messed up. I also think it’s strange they don’t take debit cards but whatever lol.

One of the if not the best nail salon in the area ! Emily owns this nail salon and it’s ran by her and her family . They’ve been in business for over 20+ years. The owner Emily is a TOTAL nail boss … let’s not forget if you’re tired of sloppy eyebrow waxes or having your brows look like step sisters , you NEED Emily . She’s the ONLY one I let wax my brows now, she knows how to do a good brow. They’re appointment only now & they don’t accept card payment right now . Honestly, I almost always love my nails . They’re quite professional and inside is clean and decent . Obviously prices have went up since COVID-19 so they’re a little on the pricy side now . I spent a total of $88 today at Emily’s. Here is the price breakdown >>>> soak off = $8 + gel manicure ( natural nails ) with French tips = $30 + spa pedicure with gel polish = $40 + eyebrow wax ( $10). Before Covid I could have gotten all of that done for $70 max but post Covid prices are sky high . I do love their work ethics and her children are interesting they tell the best stories and hold great conversations. Every girl needs an Emily !!!

Fellas… Show your hooves some love. I needed a last minute pedicure and this place was very accommodating. Clean and cozy will get my money every time. Sports and life have taken their toll on my feet. The pedicure is quite therapeutic.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice for high school graduation and college graduation and both times my nails came out great. They also do a great job at eyebrow waxing too. I would definitely recommend coming here to get nails done, the staff is very nice, the salon is very nice and clean too. One of my fav nail salons.

As I was getting my manicure, the nail tech went a little too crazy with cleaning my cuticles and I started bleeding. Parts of my nail was still visible and within one week the nails on my whole right hand peeled off like stickers. Pedicure, Gel manicures, Manicure

This place is the best. The best nail designs and their prices are very reasonable considering what other nails salons are charging since opening back up to the public.. Also I enjoy the fact it’s by appointment only to ensure the safety of everyone.. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee..

I’ve been coming here since i moved to Delco 6 yrs ago. The place is owned by its namesake Emily, of course and her husband Ahn and her son works there too. It’s a small place and they know what they are doing! Everyone is really nice! They produce quality work everytime no matter what it is you want and they are honest with you from the color or design of your nails to how long you spend under the dryer to dry them. The place is always clean and they make certain their tools are also. I love this place because it’s like family and they know who I am. The best time to come of course is during the week. I went on Monday, early afternoon, and it was just Emily and her husband and including me, 3 customers. DEFINITELY check this nailery out.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have received service from Richard on two occasions and had every intention on returning until I was declined service.Back story- I got a refill (birthday nails). Not only did he leave polish from the previous nail art on my nails, but his work wasn’t clean. He’s a talented tech but I’m not the type of client that will look over left over polish on my nail after the drill, smudged paint, or polish around/on my cuticle. I nicely/calmly pointed it out , and it was fixed. Generally the appointment was pleasant. To be clear this is not a bitter review this is a transparent one. A week ago I called to make an appointment and was told “I don’t think I can do your nails anymore. I feel like you left unsatisfied the last time and wish you the best with finding a new tech. ” . I softly said “ok thank you” and hung up. I was shocked, thought on it, and called back. I requested further explanation and let him know that making the decision for me under the guise of “my satisfaction being priority” instead of discussing it with me to seek clarity was in poor taste. He essentially said that he didn’t want me to waste my money if I’m not happy (which I never stated once) and preferred that I find the right fit for me. Which is honestly , a scapegoat. The issue wasn’t my lack of satisfaction. I obviously was willing to happily return. The issue was that Richard didn’t want to be corrected for minor issues. He wasn’t thorough and simply wants a passive client. He wanted to be able to do my nails however he saw fit with out me speaking on an issue. There are passive clients, low maintenance clients, difficult clients and detailed clients. I was detailed but I wasn’t difficult or nasty. I simply wanted what I paid for … $70 (also tipped, but not included in the $70 service) refill & art quality. For my birthday nails.I won’t even speak in depth about how my eyebrows were ruined by another tech. He did mention booking with an actual brow artist and I should have took that as a warning. So … if you are detailed, require a variety of art techniques , and expect clean work with no issue … Richard was right, he is not the nail technician for you. He’s talented but young and can not professionally navigate client issues. They do not take card or cash. Cashapp only. It’s illegal to complete business transactions on cashapp to be clear. Especially for storefront based businesses. You also are not required to report your business income or pay taxes if transactions are placed through cashapp. Suss but ultimately doesn’t effect my bottom line. The shop is clean, and runs on appointments only. Which was great. They also have an amazing color selection. I wish Richard the best with college and the salon all the best.Services: Acrylic nails, Nail artI have received service from Richard on two occasions and had every intention on returning until I was declined service. …More

Critical: ProfessionalismI went here and called before entering. Emily accepted me as a walk-in. I can honestly say she did a great job. . . I called several times for days for a re-fill. I decided toPull up like I did before and was greeted by a large flamboyant male yelling at me saying “we don’t accept walk-ins”, rolled his eyes and shut the door in my face. I was having a horrible day and he made it worse. I loved my nails, even tipped her 25%. . .refered friends etc But because of the way I was treated, I won’t be returning and plan on sharing my experience on my social media platforms.Service: ManicureI went here and called before entering.
