Elsa uses pressure in specific areas on the head, neck, spine, back and so forth to release the energy that has stayed within the body due to falls, accidents, or physical or emotional trauma. Once that energy is released the body can heal itself. After the first session my depression and anxiety were both less of a problem. I began remembering some things from my past of why I have been afraid of being lost or left along and could start dealing with those issues and release them or put them behind me. The trapped energy from some traumatic events earlier in my life were being released and therefore I remembered them, that energy then passes on, and is hopefully gone forever. This is more than a Physical Therapy. It is different from just getting a massage. It is about healing from the inside out. Elsa has strong hands and knows the areas to helping these trapped energies be siphoned from the body.
