I like how they did my acrylic nails and the designs are beautiful, but I did not like the acrylic nail removal process of using nail clippers to cut off the top layer of acrylic and then using a plastic nail tip to slide under the acrylic to try and pop off the rest of it. I’m missing a few layers on my nail bed and must now grow my natural nails out all over again.

Got my nails done yesterday and two already popped off. Didn’t have time to go back to Jacksonville to get it fixed before my event so had to use super glue. Waste of over $70. If you are going to charge customers so much I would recommend getting more training especially for the lady nail tech. My hands had a lot of left over white residue after the service & I also got cut more than once both of which is also unacceptable. Sorry for the bad review but something needs to be fixed. $70 nails should not be falling off this easily. Please invest in more training

I as the client was persuaded so he thought to accept what he was doing to my nails when all actuality he had no idea of what or how to do what I asked or requested. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! Only went for a take off this time and the guy just started cutting my nails down with the big clipper all the way to the nubs instead of soaking them off. My nails were dipped I told them that and acted like they were tips. I’ve been in the past and was disappointed with a pedicure was giving a chance like how can you mess up a take off they just don’t care about the integrity of your nails. Moving to fast. I’d actually like to give this nail shop a 0! The Female nail tech is extremely unpleasant, and downright rude. She did a full set of gel nails which were all uneven. About 1 week later, my nails started popping off, so I returned to the nail shop to get them fixed, I was charged for the nails that had come off. I showed the male nail tech who did the repairs on my other nails, and how some of my other nails are starting to come off. He told me I needed a fill, I told him that my nails were just done 1 week ago. I asked him how much a fill would cost, he stated that $35.00 which was unbelievable because gel nails are $40.00, it makes no sense that a fill would cost $35.00. It’s sad that customers have to pay for the mistakes they made. They never accept responsibility when they make mistakes. The female nail tech also spoke about me in their language to another nail tech when I went back to have my nails fixed that she in fact messed up. As soon as she started talking about me, he turned right around and gave me a rude stare. I should have read the reviews and listened to the other customers prior to stepping one foot in that rude place. They’re rude, they charge you when they make mistakes, and they never ever assume responsibility for their mess ups. Stay far far far away from this place and spend your hard-earned money with a quality nail shop that actually cares about their customers, as well as their work! They need to take the “Elite” off their sign and replace it with “Rude” Nail and Spa.

This place is a HUGE waste of time and money. I have been a customer of this salon for two years. I was with them before they moved to the new location. I can’t remember his name but I only let the guy do my nails. The lady would always have a attitude because I didn’t want her to do them. I let her do them once and they wasn’t horrible; just bulky so i prefer the guy to do them. One day around Christmas I went and they were busy. She offered to do my nails and I declined. I asked could I just schedule a appointment with him. She told me they don’t do appointments with a attitude. I just left and didn’t get my nails done for a while. So I went there maybe 4 days ago and 4 of my nails have already popped off. I don’t do no type of manuel llabor. Not only that I wanted the guy to do my nails. So the lady said she would just start it out. After she glued the nails on then she says I’m going to do your nails too. I didn’t argue because it was to late for me to leave. This is the second time she has done that. I DO NOT like being tricked nor do I like the way she does my nails. They look bulky. This place will NEVER get my money again. Go to lovely nails by Kroger they are awesome.
