Elements Massage in Morris Plains is the most relaxing part of my week. Brianna and Hailey are friendly and positive the second you walk through the door, and have always worked scheduling around my crazy work schedule. I regularly alternate between Dan and Tim as my massage therapists, which offers a variety of light and deep pressure depending on my needs. They start every appointment with a short briefing regarding how I’m feeling and areas that need work. At the end of the massage they offer additional tips to help at home to prolong your massage experience. This massage studio is very professional and makes everyone’s experience comfortable. Their customer service goes above and beyond with a bottle of water after your massage and chilled chocolate truffles if you’d like. I recommend Elements Massage to my friends, family, and coworkers, and I will continue to enjoy my visits to the studio.

Went in for a Deep Tissue 90 min massage to use up Spa Finder gift cards I had. And they made it all so easy, and the massage was with someone (I believe Tim) who is a specialist in shoulder techniques where I’d been having issues all summer. Definitely will be back and will be joining the monthly membership club in the near future.

I have the pleasure of visiting Elements massage in morris plains a few times a month and the experiences i consistently have always keep me coming back. Hailey at the front desk is wonderful to speak with and is very patient and happy to help me out with working around my schedule. All of the therapists I have worked with are very knowledgeable and skilled at relieving problem areas. Hillary is very welcoming and intuitive and is truly great at what she does! I am grateful to have found elements and think massage therapy is (unfortunately overlooked) but essential for all to stay healthy and happy. Im sure to recommend to all my family and friends.

I had two gift cards that were given to me prior to Covid with an expiration date with the end of the year.The owner rudely refused to honor the gift cards which are worth over $300. The excuse was the gift card was on a paper card versus a plastic card and it was sold by a previous owner. They continued to be very rude, did not even pick up the phone to have a conversation, instead texted with vengeance.

Hillary the massage therapist is really knowledgeable and understands your needs. Would definitely recommend to try a massage therapy at Elements. Refreshing and rejuvenating as well. But careful with the membership trap as the front desk and manager are not communicating clearly. We had booked an appointment for same day thinking it was for next day, the staff called and rescheduled it for next day. But they charged us for both sessions. When questioned why didn’t the staff clearly tell us that it will be charged as we could have easily gone that day too, manager pointed out that we checked off the terms and conditions box so we should be aware of it. A simple communication could have avoided a lot of confusion. Not happy with how things are handled.

Fantastic staff. Appointments are always easy to get, even on weekends. The remodel of the inside is absolutely beautiful. They have so many new staff members, I can’t wait to try them all. The new owners seem very hands on and attentive with the biggest smile right when you walk in. I’m happy I found my forever massage home.
