When I walked out of Element after my massage and facial treatments, I felt like a new person – refreshed and lighter. For my massage, Casey had just the right touch. He communicated throughout to ensure comfort and gauge the right pressure, and he basically nailed it He also spent an ample amount of time on my problem areas without me asking. He was very considerate and thoughtful about my current health condition and offered me additional cushions to make my session more comfortable. And he gave me an excellent massage! I could not have been more impressed with the Element location and staff. The reception area is welcoming and relaxing, and the front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. My massage therapist Bryan was FANTASTIC. I had done a number on my lower back over the holidays with moving and hauling a Christmas tree (among other things), and I was in a lot of pain. Bryan couldn’t have been more understanding and answered all of my questions with ease. I will definitely be back!
