Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment with Brenda Yates for my daughter as a gift for her amazing grades. Brenda was extremely unprofessional, canceled us a few times over personal reasons. I voiced my concern once about her not giving us a proper notice about her intentions of canceling and after a little back and forth, we got over the issue and rescheduled. My daughter’s appointment was today at 11. We confirmed our appointment Wednesday and received instructions yesterday to straighten my daughter’s hair. Today we showed up at our appt. At 10:24am to be told via Facebook MSN as she wasn’t even there that she has decided not to service us (she probably needed to cancel again and just used that as an excuse) What a poor unethical thing to do and horrible experience for my child.
